| Military Training: | National Cadet Corps-"Airwing" – No. 3, Madras Air Squadron. Recipient of the best cadet cup and holder of Private Pilot’s A - Licence. |

| 1997 to 2003: | Financed the joint Christmas celebration of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt Langen e.V, the Senior Citizens Help, Langen e.V and the Haltestelle (Social establishment), from the town of Langen for about 500 senior citizens in the town hall of Langen by organising a Tombola and collection of donations. |
Social engagements:
Member of several organisations like DRK, OGV, SHL, VDK, VVV, voluntary Fire Service, etc. Suports the social establishment Haltestelle by raising funds for several major projects. Services to the inhabitants of the German Red Cross Senior Citizens Home in Langen and Egelsbach, known as - the „Helping Angel". Donated blood to the German Red Cross 88 times. Successful fund raiser - collected donations for several social organisations and institutions ( over Euro 60.000 in cash and kind).
| Hannover Expo 2000: | Deputed to attend (06.08 – 12.08.2000) the Hannover Expo and took care of the youth group from the Ukraine as part of International Youth Congress project. |
| Jan. 2005: | Immediately after the Tsunami catastrophe, visited Sabita’s birthtown Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, India and donated Rupees 1.5 Lakhs to the Collector’s (Mr. Gagandeep Sing Bedi IAS) Tsunami Relief Fund. |
| May 2006: | Collected donations in kind (Euros 777,44) and cash Euros 900 for the newly opened DRK, Senior Citizens Home in Egelsbach. |
| 2007: | Documentary film (Film Academy, Ludwigsburg) on the social service engagements in Germany and India. |
| Sep. 2008: | Collected donations Euro 434,80 for the Boule Tournament conducted by the Haltestelle (Social Centre) of Langen. |
| Apr. 2009: | Kinderhilfe Kenia Home for mishandled women (Mombasa) – organised four air passage tickets from Mombasa to Frankfurt and return and cash donations from Condor Airlines (Euro 1600) and Fraport AG (Euro 800). |
| Oct.2009: | Organised a donation of Euro 1.600 from the Lions Club Langen to the GOS Handicapped Children’s Home in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. |
| Jan 2011: | Collected donations for the German Red Cross Senior Citizens Home in Langen ( Total Euro 5.500):

| June 2002: | Baptised as a Langener at the traditional Applewine Festival in the town of Langen in recognition of the the social services rendered to the community. |
| Dec. 2005: | Honoured by Mr. Dieter Pitthan, Mayor of Langen for the extraordinary social service engagement in the Petrus Gemeinde hall. |
| Dec.2007: | The National award from the Federal Republic of Germany, the Meritorious Cross for distinguised social service bestowed by the German President Horst Koehler. |
| Sep. 2010: | Letter of Honour from the State of Hessen in recognition of the long standing honorary social service accomplishments bestowed by Roland Koch, Chief Minister of State of Hessen. |
